Angel novels have become as popular as the vampire novels; the angel trend fits in with the vampire reader who wants something new. Angels are the new hotties; just like vampires, they can be gorgeous and immortal. Then there are the fallen angels, heavenly heartthrobs who are bad and like us, they are imperfect, and this is what we love about them. Overall, angels are irresistible and appealing especially dark angels.
What about a guardian angel on a Harley, it’s hot, isn’t it? I think so. His name is Drake Sully and he is one of the main characters in my upcoming book, Purple Moon, which is to be released in 2012. I hope you will fall in love with this bad boy, just as the protagonist did.
In Purple Moon the first book of a paranormal romance, butt kicking trilogy. I offer the readers a little bit of heaven and hell on a small place called earth. On her 18th birthday, Jade meets her guardian angel for the first time and learns that she has inherited her mother’s secret legacy. Jade is the predecessor of the Shadow Guardian, a demon hunter. She must accept her newfound heritage and quickly, the demons want her dead. However, Jade is reluctant about this unwanted legacy and makes a blood-binding pact with her half-demon boyfriend, not knowing that her mother was hiding a deeper secret. Jade will discover a shocking truth, —her real father was an angel. Not only she is not prepared to battle demons, she is not ready to choose a side.
